Chair-a-cize
A music driven exercise event. Delivered by Kayla Bonina For over 15 years Kayla has been working as a fitness trainer instructor with a focus on Seniors. Kayla is a NASM certified trainer and Group X instructor. Kayla won Master Trainer of the year in 2019 from the Beachbody Live organization. However working with Seniors is her passion. Kayla has developed a series of specialized routines for seniors that focus on strength, flexibility, and good mental and heart health. Sessions for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and long term disabled address the varying needs of those seniors. The focus is on fun …all sessions include music to keep things upbeat and interactive. Sessions can be 30 - 45 and 60 minutes long depending on the residents being served. Shorter sessions can be back to back to accommodate different times and group needs Kayla has developed an innovative approach to seniors and is looking forward to bringing it to your residents.
